Step preview

  1. Add the ingredients into the cooking bowl
  2. Cook with splashguard fitted - 20 min, 100°C, speed OFF
  3. Remove the chicken, transfer to a medium bowl and set aside
  4. Discard the cooking liquor
  5. Clean the cooking bowl and fit the Stir Tool
  6. Add the ingredients to the cooking bowl
  7. Cook with splashguard fitted - 8 min, 110°C, speed Stir 1
  8. Transfer the wine mixture to a medium bowl and set aside
  9. Clean the cooking bowl and fit the Creaming Beater
  10. Add the ingredients into the cooking bowl
  11. Cook with splashguard fitted until the sauce is thick and smooth - 3 min, 110°C, speed Stir 1
  12. Then slowly add the ingredient
  13. Cook - 10 min, 105°C, speed Stir 1
  14. Shred the cooked chicken and transfer to the cooking bowl
  15. Then add the wine mixture and the rest of the ingredients
  16. Stir until combined - 2 min, speed Stir 1
  17. Season to taste
  18. Transfer the pie filling into a baking dish and leave to cool
  19. Pre-heat an oven - 200°C
  20. Add puff pastry to a lightly floured surface
  21. Roll out to the same size as your baking dish
  22. Top the baking dish with pastry
  23. Bake until the pastry is golden on top and the filling is piping hot - 20 min, 200°C
  24. Serve
