  15. Fold one quarter of the dough towards the middle and press down lightly
  16. Fold the other quarter to the middle and press down
  17. Fold one half onto the other and press down
  18. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill - 1 hr
  19. Repeat this step twice more and then your flaky croissant dough should be ready for the next step
  20. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces
  21. Roll out thinly into a rectangle
  22. Fold one quarter of the dough towards the middle and press down lightly
  23. Fold the other quarter to the middle and press down
  24. Fold one half onto the other and press down
  25. Press down lightly then use a large cookie cutter to cut out circles from the dough
  26. Heat the oil in a deep fat fryer - 150°C
  27. Deep fry the cronuts for 2 minutes on each side until golden, then drain onto kitchen paper
  28. Combine the ingredients and roll the warm cronuts in this mixture
  29. Serve
