Step preview

  1. Add water, dried yeast and sugar to a clean jug
  2. Mix until dissolved then set aside
  3. Attach Dough Hook
  4. Add all purpose flour and salt to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted - 20 sec, Speed 2
  6. Attach Creaming beater
  7. Add olive oil to the Kenwood Bowl
  8. Transfer yeast mixture to Kenwood Bowl
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted until dough forms - 10 min, Speed 2
  10. Grease a clean bowl
  11. Transfer dough to bowl
  12. Cover with a kitchen towel
  13. Let rest - 1 hr
  14. Pre-heat oven - 210°C
  15. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  16. Shape Pizzas to your liking and top with your favourite toppings
  17. Bake - 10 min, 210°C
  18. Serve
