Add oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
Cook with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 110°C, Speed OFF
Then add onion, garlic clove and ginger to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 110°C, Stir 2
Then add lamb neck fillet to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 120°C, Stir 2
Then add cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom pods, saffron, bay leaves, ground coriander, ground almonds, lamb stock, salt and black pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
Cook with splashguard fitted - 45 min, 98°C, Stir 3
Then add dried apricots to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
Cook with splashguard fitted - 15 min, 98°C, Stir 3
