Step preview

  1. Add ground cinnamon, brown sugar, pecans and dark chocolate to a clean medium bowl
  2. Mix until combined
  3. Attach Dough Tool
  4. Add dried yeast and milk to the EasyWarm Bowl
  5. Heat with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 2, Speed Min
  6. Then add all purpose flour, brown sugar, unsalted butter and egg to the EasyWarm Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, Speed 1
  8. Remove Dough Tool
  9. Prove with splashguard fitted - 1 hr, 2
  10. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  11. Divide into 2 equal pieces
  12. Roll out to a 25 x 35 cm rectangle
  13. Brush with unsalted butter
  14. Sprinkle one half of the filling onto dough
  15. Roll up the dough starting with the short edge
  16. Slice the rolled dough into 8 pieces and cover
  17. Repeat with the remaining dough
  18. Add maple syrup, light brown sugar and pecans to the medium bowl
  19. Mix until combined
  20. Pour mixture into baking dish
  21. Add buns to baking dish
  22. Cover with kitchen towel then set aside - 30 min
  23. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
  24. Remove from oven and let cool
  25. Serve
