Step preview

  1. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  2. Fit the Knife Blade to the Food Processor bowl
  3. Add olive oil, garlic clove and fresh thyme to a clean food processor bowl
  4. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  5. Blitz until fine
  6. Transfer marinade to medium bowl
  7. Add lamb chop to the medium bowl
  8. Mix until coated
  9. Cover with plastic wrap
  10. Let rest at room temperature for 1 hour
  11. Clean the Food Processor bowl
  12. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  13. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  14. Add fresh basil leaves, pine nuts, balsamic vinegar, salt and black pepper to the food processor bowl
  15. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  16. Blitz until smooth
  17. Remove the attachment from the machine and set aside
  18. Heat a clean griddle pan
  19. Transfer lamb to griddle pan
  20. Fry the marinated lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown
  21. Serve
