Step preview

  1. Place the Frozen Dessert Maker in the freezer 24 hours before the recipe
  2. Attach Creaming beater
  3. Add frozen strawberries to the Kenwood Bowl
  4. Mix until smooth - 5 min, Speed 2
  5. Then add whipping cream, caster sugar and lemon to the Kenwood Bowl
  6. Mix until combined - 2 min, Speed Min
  7. Pour mixture into loaf pan (450g)
  8. Refrigerate in fridge - 2 hr
  9. Fit the Frozen Dessert Maker attachment to the machine
  10. Retrieve the loaf tin from the fridge
  11. Start the machine on speed Min
  12. Pour mixture into Frozen Dessert Maker attachment carefully while machine is running
  13. Mix until firm - 30 min, Speed Min
  14. Chill overnight in freezer until solid - approx 12 hr
  15. Serve
