Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Attach the Stir Tool
  3. Add garlic clove, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, whipping cream and whole milk to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl

  5. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 95°C, Stir 2
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 75°C, Stir 2
  7. Add potato to a clean baking dish
  8. Strain content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl into baking dish
  9. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper
  10. Scatter unsalted butter over the baking dish
  11. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
  12. Cover with foil
  13. Bake - 30 min, 180°C
  14. Remove from oven
  15. Serve
