Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 80°C, speed 3
  6. Then add light brown sugar, water, nutmeg and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 80°C, speed 4
  8. Then add maple syrup, whipping cream and salt to the kCook bowl
  9. Stir with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 5
  10. Pour mixture into baking dish then set aside
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  13. Add water, light brown sugar, caster sugar, vanilla extract and chestnuts to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  16. Cook with filler cap fitted - 20 min, 90°C, speed 3
  17. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  18. Transfer filling to medium bowl and let cool
  19. Clean kCook bowl
  20. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  21. Add active dried yeast and milk to the kCook bowl
  22. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  23. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  24. Heat with filler cap removed - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  25. Then add bread flour, salt, caster sugar, unsalted butter and egg to the kCook bowl
  26. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
  27. Remove max blade from kCook bowl
  28. Prove with filler cap removed - 1 hr, 30°C
  29. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  30. Roll out to a 40 cm x 30 cm rectangle
  31. Spread the filling on the dough
  32. Sprinkle with hazelnuts
  33. Roll up the dough starting with the short edge
  34. Cut into 4 cm slices
  35. Transfer shaped dough to baking dish
  36. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes
  37. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  38. Bake - 35 min, 180°C
  39. Serve
