These oven baked BBQ Chicken Wings are completely irresistible and perfect as an appetiser or finger food. Coated in a marinade and then baked, these BBQ chicken wings are fall off the bone tender and smothered in a rich but simple BBQ sauce.

Step preview

  1. Add all purpose flour, chili powder, salt, black pepper, paprika and garlic powder to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Mix until combined
  3. Add chicken wings to the large mixing bowl
  4. Mix until coated
  5. Wrap with plastic wrap
  6. Refrigerate in fridge - 30 min
  7. Attach the Stir Tool
  8. Add ketchup, apple cider vinegar, dark brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, runny honey and lemon juice to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 100°C, Stir 1
  11. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  12. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  13. Transfer chicken to baking tray
  14. Bake - 1 hr, 160°C
  15. Remove from oven
  16. Coat chicken with sauce
  17. Bake - 5 min, 160°C
  18. Remove from oven
  19. Serve
