Step preview

  1. Fit the coarse grating disc to the Food Processor attachment
  2. Grate carrot into the Food processor attachment
  3. Remove the coarse grating disk
  4. Attach Creaming beater
  5. Transfer carrots to Kenwood Bowl
  6. Fit the thick slicing disc to the Food Processor attachment
  7. Slice white cabbage into the Food processor attachment
  8. Remove the thick slicing disc
  9. Transfer cabbage to Kenwood Bowl
  10. Remove the attachment from the machine
  11. Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, caster sugar, salt and black pepper to the Kenwood Bowl
  12. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed Min
  13. Cover and store in the fridge for up to 3 days
  14. Serve
