Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  2. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, muscovado sugar, unsalted butter and buttermilk to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 7
  8. Then add apple, hazelnuts and ground cinnamon to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 6
  10. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  11. Knead lightly
  12. Roll out until 1 cm thick
  13. Cut into rounds
  14. Brush with egg
  15. Bake - 10 min, 220°C
  16. Serve
