This recipe will give you enough pastry to use in a 30 cm pan. If the butter is not soft, use warm water. You can also add an egg, but if you decide to use one, you should reduce the quantity of water. Caution: The amount of flour you use can be modified depending on how it absorbs the water.   4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  6. Then add water to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min 30 sec, speed 6
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  9. Wrap the dough in cling film
  10. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  11. Use
