Step preview

  1. Add milk to a clean jug
  2. Heat in microwave until lukewarm
  3. Add dried yeast and sugar to the jug
  4. Mix until combined then set aside - 15 min
  5. Attach Whisk
  6. Transfer content of jug to Kenwood Bowl
  7. Add all purpose flour, egg and salt to the Kenwood Bowl
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted - 3 min, Speed Max
  9. Remove the Kenwood Bowl from the machine
  10. Cover with kitchen towel
  11. Let rest - 1 hr
  12. Heat a clean frying pan - medium-high heat
  13. Add olive oil to the frying pan
  14. Spoon some of the batter into frying pan
  15. Fry until golden brown
  16. Repeat until all the batter is used
  17. Serve
