Step preview

  1. Attach the Whisk
  2. Add milk, dried yeast and sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl

  4. Mix with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 30°C, Speed 1
  5. Then add all purpose flour, egg and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted - 3 min, Speed Max
  7. Remove the Whisk
  8. Prove with splashguard fitted - 1 hr, 30°C, Speed OFF
  9. Heat a clean frying pan - medium-high heat
  10. Add olive oil to the frying pan
  11. Spoon some of the batter into frying pan
  12. Fry until golden brown
  13. Repeat until all the batter is used
  14. Serve
