Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add fresh parsley, mint leaves, garlic clove and salt to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  6. Transfer mixture to small bowl then set aside
  7. Place artichoke on a clean cutting board
  8. Remove the hardest outer leaves, trim the stem and the top
  9. Add water and lemon to a clean medium bowl
  10. Dip the artichokes in the lemon water
  11. Soak - 1 min
  12. Drain the artichokes by tapping them together
  13. Place them upside down on a kitchen towel
  14. Spread the inner leaves, remove the hay-like choke
  15. Stuff the inside with a spoonful of the herb mixture
  16. Clean kCook bowl
  17. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  18. Add extra virgin olive oil and water to the kCook bowl
  19. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  20. Transfer vegetables to kCook bowl
  21. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  22. Cook with filler cap fitted - 30 min, 100°C
  23. Serve
