Step preview

  1. Add chicken breast to a clean cutting board
  2. Top with extra virgin olive oil and salt & pepper
  3. Rub the chicken until it is well coated
  4. Place the chicken breast into a plastic bag
  5. Use a vaccum sealer to seal
  6. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  7. Add water to the kCook bowl
  8. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  10. Heat with filler cap removed - 5 min, 100°C
  11. Submerge the sealed chicken into the water
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 hr 30 min, 97°C
  13. Serve
