Step preview

  1. Attach Whisk
  2. Add milk, dried yeast and caster sugar to the EasyWarm Bowl
  3. Heat with splashguard fitted - 8 min, 3, Speed 1
  4. Remove the Whisk
  5. Attach Dough Tool
  6. Add bread flour, egg yolk and salt to the EasyWarm Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 1
  8. Then add butter to the EasyWarm Bowl
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted then scrape bowl - 5 min, Speed 1
  10. Remove Dough Tool
  11. Prove with splashguard fitted - 1 hr, 2
  12. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  13. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  14. Cut into pieces
  15. Roll into balls
  16. Place one ball on the prepared baking tray
  17. Transfer the rest of dough balls to baking tray
  18. Cover with a damp tea towel
  19. Let rest - 30 min
  20. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  21. Place the baking tray in the oven
  22. Bake until lightly browned - 20 min, 180°C
  23. Remove from oven and let cool
  24. Dust with icing sugar
  25. Decorate with glace cherries
  26. Serve
