Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Attach the Stir Tool
  3. Add vegetable oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Heat with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 120°C
  6. Then add onion to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  8. Then add fresh sage, breadcrumbs, egg, black pepper and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Attach the K-Beater
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed Min
  11. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  12. Roll the mixture into 1,5-inch balls and place onto prepared baking tray
  13. Bake until golden brown - 30 min, 190°C
