    150 g
  • Honey icon

  • Butter icon
    Butter
    60 g
  • Cocoa powder icon
    Cocoa powder

Step preview

  1. Attach Creaming beater
  2. Add dark chocolate, whipping cream, passion fruit purée, honey and butter to the EasyWarm Bowl
  3. Heat with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 7, Stir 1
  4. Transfer chocolate mixture to medium bowl
  5. Cover with plastic wrap
  6. Chill in fridge - 2 hr
  7. Remove the truffle mix from the fridge and remove the plastic wrap
  8. Roll into balls
  9. Add cocoa powder to a clean small bowl
  10. Coat the truffles in cocoa powder
  11. Refrigerate in fridge until set - 30 min
  12. Serve
