Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Attach the K-Beater
  3. Add honey and butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Heat with splashguard fitted - 4 min, 60°C, Stir 1
  6. Then add all purpose flour, ground almonds, ground ginger, ground cloves, ground nutmeg, black pepper, baking powder and baking soda to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed Min
  8. Transfer dough to medium bowl
  9. Cover with kitchen towel and let cool
  10. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  11. Transfer dough to work surface
  12. Roll into balls
  13. Flatten each ball to make a dome shape
  14. Place dough balls on baking tray
  15. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  16. Remove from oven and let cool
  17. Add icing sugar, egg white and water to a clean small bowl
  18. Mix until combined
  19. Dip biscuits into icing
  20. Turn out onto cooling rack until set
  21. Serve
