Step preview

  1. Attach K Beater
  2. Add honey and unsalted butter to the EasyWarm Bowl
  3. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 4 min, 8, Stir 1
  4. Then add all purpose flour, ground almonds, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground nutmeg, black pepper, baking powder and baking soda to the EasyWarm Bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed Min
  6. Transfer dough to medium bowl
  7. Cover with kitchen towel and let cool - 30 min
  8. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  9. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  10. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  11. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  12. Cut into rounds
  13. Place biscuits on baking tray
  14. Bake until browned at edges - 15 min, 180°C
  15. Remove from oven
  16. Let cool slightly
  17. Turn out onto cooling rack until completely cool
  18. Remove the EasyWarm Bowl and the K Beater
  19. Attach Whisk
  20. Add egg white and icing sugar to the Kenwood Bowl
  21. Mix until thickened - 30 sec, Speed Max
  22. Transfer icing to piping bag
  23. Pipe icing onto biscuits
  24. Turn out onto cooling rack until set
  25. Serve
