Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 150°C
  2. Line a clean round pan with parchment paper
  3. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  4. Add honey, golden caster sugar and marsala to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 4 min, 105°C
  7. Then add hazelnuts, pistachios, candied citrus peel, dried dates, all purpose flour, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, dried apricots and ground cardamom to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 1
  9. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to round pan
  10. Bake - 35 min, 150°C
  11. Remove from oven
  12. Turn out onto cooling rack and let cool - 30 min
  13. Dust with icing sugar
  14. Slice into pieces
  15. Serve
