This flavoured vinegar is great for a salad dressing and works well in a marinade for lamb or fish. This recipe takes 3 weeks to infuse and uses one 500ml jar.

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add white wine vinegar to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 94°C, speed 1
  6. Add lemon and fresh mint to a clean jar
  7. Carefully pour the warm vinegar into the jar
  8. Store in a cool, dark place for 3 weeks, shaking the jar twice a week
  9. Strain liquid into bottle
  10. Add lemon and fresh mint to the bottle
  11. Serve
