Step preview

  1. Attach the Whisk
  2. Add milk, dried yeast and caster sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 8 min, 36°C, Speed 1
  5. Transfer mixture to jug
  6. Let rest - 15 min
  7. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  8. Attach the Dough Tool
  9. Add all purpose flour, caster sugar, salt and butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Transfer yeast mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, Speed 1
  12. Then add marzipan, blanched almonds and dried cranberries to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed Min
  14. Remove the Dough Tool
  15. Prove with splashguard fitted - 1 hr, 30°C, Speed OFF
  16. Attach the Dough Tool
  17. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed Min
  18. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  19. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  20. Roll out until 1 cm thick
  21. Cut the dough into 5 cm pieces
  22. Place shaped dough on baking tray
  23. Cover with kitchen towel
  24. Let rest - 15 min
  25. Pre-heat oven - 15 min, 180°C
  26. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  27. Remove from oven
  28. Brush with butter
  29. Dust with icing sugar and let cool
  30. Serve
