Step preview

  1. Attach K Beater
  2. Add dried mixed fruit, orange, lemon, rum and coconut oil to the EasyWarm Bowl
  3. Heat with splashguard fitted - 20 min, 9, Stir 4
  4. Let cool - 30 min
  5. Add chia seeds and water to a clean small bowl
  6. Mix until combined then set aside
  7. Grease and line a clean springform tin with parchment paper
  8. Pre-heat oven - 150°C
  9. Add ground almonds, baking powder, mixed spice, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, flaked almonds, all purpose flour and vanilla extract to the EasyWarm Bowl
  10. Pour content of small bowl into EasyWarm Bowl
  11. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 2
  12. Spoon batter into springform tin
  13. Bake - 2 hr, 150°C
  14. Remove from oven and let cool
  15. Serve
