Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add carrot, zucchini, shallot and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 sec, speed 8
  6. Then add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook - 4 min, 100°C, speed 1
  8. Then add ground ginger, curry powder, paprika, ground cumin, ground turmeric, water, coconut milk and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  9. Add chicken cutlet and carrot to the steamer tray
  10. Fit steamer tray onto the lid
  11. Cook - 25 min, 100°C, speed 3
  12. Blend - approx 30 sec, speed 10
  13. Remove the steamer tray and set aside
  14. Add cornflour to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 90°C, speed 5
  16. Serve
