Chocolate bark is quick and simple to make, it can be made in lots of variations and makes a great gift. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature if you have time, this will help prevent the chocolate from 'blooming'- where a white chalky finish appears on the chocolate.

Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Attach Creaming beater
  3. Add dark chocolate to the EasyWarm Bowl
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 10 min, 7, Stir 1
  5. Pour chocolate into baking tray
  6. Using a spatula, spread the melted chocolate on the lined baking tray
  7. Top with pecans, almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and sea salt
  8. Press lightly
  9. Set aside until set
  10. Serve
