A quick and delicious stuffing recipe which is baked in the oven. If you'd prefer to use this stuffing recipe to stuff a turkey or a chicken; simply add a few beaten eggs to the un-baked mixture, this will result in a wetter stuffing which can be handled more easily.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Attach the Stir Tool
  3. Add unsalted butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 110°C, Speed OFF
  6. Then add onion and garlic clove to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 110°C, Stir 2
  8. Remove the Stir Tool
  9. Add hazelnuts, fresh sage, dried apricots and breadcrumbs to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Attach the K-Beater
  11. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed Min
  12. Transfer mixture to baking dish
  13. Bake until golden brown - 45 min, 190°C
  14. Remove from oven
  15. Use
