A quick and delicious stuffing recipe which is baked in the oven. If you'd prefer to use this stuffing recipe to stuff a turkey or a chicken; simply add a few beaten eggs to the un-baked mixture, this will result in a wetter stuffing which can be handled more easily.

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Attach K Beater
  3. Add unsalted butter, onion, garlic clove, hazelnuts, fresh sage, breadcrumbs and dried apricots to the Kenwood Bowl
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed Min
  5. Transfer mixture to baking dish
  6. Bake until golden brown - 45 min, 190°C
  7. Remove from oven
  8. Use
