  3. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  4. Heat until melted - 5 minutes, 38ºC, speed Min
  5. Then add the ingredients
  6. Knead - 10 minutes, speed 1
  7. Remove the Dough Tool
  8. Prove - 1 hour 30 minutes, 30°C, speed Off
  9. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and continue
  10. Making the filling:
  11. Fit the blade to the Food Processor attachment
  12. Add the ingredients into the attachment
  13. Blend until a coarse paste forms
  14. Remove the attachment from the machine and set aside
  15. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside
  16. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 0.5cm thick
  17. Spread the filling onto the dough
  18. Roll up the rectangle from the shortest side
  19. Transfer the rolled-up dough to the baking tray
  20. Cut slices into the dough with a pair of scissors, about 2-3cm apart
  21. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let rest - 20 minutes
  22. Preheat an oven to 180ºC
  23. Retrieve the dough and remove the kitchen towel
  24. Bake - 35 minutes, 180ºC
  25. Remove from the oven
  26. Add the ingredients into a medium bowl
  27. Stir until well combined
  28. Brush the icing over the baked pastry
  29. Garnish with nuts
  30. Serve
