A fun dessert inspired by a classic ice cream dish. We have used whipped cream and glace cherries to decorate, but you could use sprinkles or chocolate shavings. If you would prefer less chocolate flavour, try drizzling with the chocolate sauce instead.

  6. Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 min, 80°C, speed 3
  7. Then add biscuits and peanuts to the kCook bowl
  8. Blend with filler cap fitted until fine crumbs form - 20 sec, speed 12
  9. Transfer crumbs to springform tin
  10. Level and press until firm
  11. Chill in fridge until needed
  12. Clean kCook bowl
  13. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  14. Add whipping cream and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  15. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  16. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  17. Cook with filler cap fitted - 4 min, 80°C, speed 4
  18. Then add silver leaf gelatin sheet to the kCook bowl
  19. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  20. Then add whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  21. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  22. Transfer cream to jug and let cool
  23. Clean kCook bowl
  24. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  25. Add cream cheese and banana to the kCook bowl
  26. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  27. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  28. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 7
  29. Pour content of jug into kCook bowl
  30. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  31. Pour mixture into springform tin
  32. Chill in fridge - 2 hr
  33. Clean kCook bowl
  34. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  35. Add whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  36. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  37. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  38. Cook with filler cap fitted - 4 min, 60°C, speed 3
  39. Then add dark chocolate to the kCook bowl
  40. Stir with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 4
  41. Pour chocolate mixture into springform tin
  42. Chill in fridge until set
  43. Serve
