Step preview

  1. Attach the Food Mincer attachment and fit the Fine screen
  2. Place a large mixing bowl underneath the attachment
  3. Start the machine on speed 4
  4. Add garlic clove, ginger, onion, carrot and leek to the Food Mincer attachment
  5. Push vegetables into large mixing bowl
  6. Remove the attachment from the machine
  7. Add cabbage, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil to the large mixing bowl
  8. Mix until combined
  9. Add vegetable oil to a clean frying pan
  10. Heat until hot - medium heat
  11. Transfer vegetables to frying pan
  12. Cook until softened - 5 min, medium heat
  13. Place dumpling wrapper on a clean work surface
  14. Spoon about a teaspoon of the vegetable mix into the dumpling wrapper
  15. Brush with water
  16. Fold the dumpling wrapper into a semi-circle and seal
  17. Repeat the same with the rest of the mixture and wrappers
  18. Add vegetable oil to a clean frying pan
  19. Heat until hot - medium heat
  20. Transfer dumplings to frying pan
  21. Fry until browned - 3 min, medium heat
  22. Add water to the frying pan
  23. Steam until soft - 10 min
  24. Serve
