Spiced fresh herb and chickpea patties, fried for a crispy outside and fluffy inside. Make ahead and place the formed falafels in the freezer before cooking. For this recipe, it's best to use dried chickpeas and soak them overnight rather than tinned chickpeas which may cause the falafels to crumble in the oil and fall apart.
