This popular Argentinian sauce is the perfect accompaniment to fried steaks or any grilled meat. It’s easy to make and can be also served as a dressing on salads or marinade.

- ¾ teaspoon

Step preview
- Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, fresh parsley, garlic clove, red chili, dried oregano, salt and black pepper to a clean small bowl
- Mix until combined then set aside - 10 min
- Transfer mixture to Mini Chopper attachment
- Attach the Mini Chopper attachment to the machine
- Blend until smooth
- Remove the attachment from the machine
- Add rump steak, kosher salt, black pepper and oil to a clean medium bowl
- Coat meat with seasoning
- Heat a clean frying pan until hot - medium heat
- Fry the steak until it is done to your liking
- Transfer meat to cutting board
- Slice into strips
- Place baguette on a clean cutting board
- Slice lengthwise
- Drizzle with sriracha mayonnaise
- Fill with mixed salad leaves
- Add the steak strips
- Top with the chimichurri sauce
- Serve
