Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper then set aside
  2. Attach Spiral Dough Tool
  3. Add water, quick-rise yeast, all purpose flour and salt to the Kenwood Bowl
  4. Knead with splashguard fitted - 10 min, Speed 1
  5. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface carefully
  6. Knead lightly
  7. Gently roll the dough into long sausage shapes about 25cm x 2cm
  8. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray carefully
  9. Prove - 1 hr
  10. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  11. Retrieve the shaped dough
  12. Brush with egg
  13. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  14. Bake - 20 min, 190°C
  15. Remove from oven and let cool
  16. Serve
