Step preview

  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add water, quick-rise yeast, bread flour and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Knead with splashguard fitted - 10 min, Speed 1
  5. Remove the Dough Tool
  6. Prove with splashguard fitted - 1 hr, 30°C, Speed OFF
  7. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  8. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper then set aside
  9. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  10. Divide the dough into two and gently pat into circles about 25 cm across
  11. Place shaped dough on baking tray
  12. Spread with tomato paste
  13. Top with feta cheese and red onion
  14. Bake - 10 min, 200°C
  15. Remove from oven
  16. Garnish with fresh rosemary
  17. Serve
