Step preview

  1. Attach Dough Tool
  2. Add water, quick-rise yeast, bread flour and salt to the EasyWarm Bowl
  3. Knead with splashguard fitted - 5 min, Speed 1
  4. Remove Dough Tool
  5. Prove with splashguard fitted - 1 hr, 2, Speed OFF
  6. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  7. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper then set aside
  8. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  9. Divide the dough into two and gently pat into circles about 25 cm across
  10. Place shaped dough on baking tray
  11. Spread with tomato paste
  12. Top with feta cheese and red onion
  13. Bake - 10 min, 200°C
  14. Remove from oven
  15. Garnish with fresh rosemary
  16. Serve
