Chicken braised in a white wine and cream sauce with root vegetables, mushroom, and asparagus. This recipe uses chicken thighs and drumsticks- browning the skin of the chicken pieces in batches in the cooking chef bowl before cooking them in the sauce. We have served the chicken on the bone, however if you prefer you can remove the meat from the bone at the end of the recipe and return it to the sauce before serving.
