Step preview

  1. Attach the Food Mincer attachment and fit the fine screen
  2. Place a bowl underneath the attachment
  3. Start the machine on speed 4
  4. Add onion, garlic clove, tomato, tomato paste and fresh basil leaves to the Food Mincer attachment slowly
  5. Using the pusher, gently push the food down the feed tube
  6. Remove the attachment from the machine
  7. Transfer tomato mixture to saucepan
  8. Heat - medium heat
  9. Add salt, black pepper and sugar to the saucepan
  10. Cook until boiling then reduce heat
  11. Simmer until thickened - 15 min, medium heat
  12. Serve
