This recipe uses the traditional method of adding egg and parmesan into the cooked pasta at the end of cooking, creating a silky creamy sauce which is often supplemented with some of the leftover pasta water. Season with plenty of black pepper and extra parmesan.

  6. Drain the pasta into a colander and set aside
  7. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Stir Tool & Stir Assist Clip
  8. Add oil into the appliance bowl
  9. Heat - 1 minute, 120ºC, speed Stir 1
  10. Then add the ingredient
  11. Cook - 3 minutes, 120ºC, speed Stir 3
  12. Cook - 3 minutes, 140ºC, speed Stir 1
  13. Then add the ingredient
  14. Cook - 1 minute, 110ºC, speed Stir 1
  15. Then add the drained pasta
  16. Use tongs to toss the pasta in the bowl so it is well coated
  17. Add the ingredients into a medium bowl and beat until well combined
  18. Pour the egg mixture and then add cheese into the appliance bowl
  19. Use tongs to toss the pasta in the bowl so it is well coated
  20. Cook - 1 minute, 110ºC, speed Stir 1
  21. Serve
