  1. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard

  3. Drain the potatoes into a colander and set aside
  4. Discard the water from the appliance bowl
  5. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Creaming Beater
  6. Add the ingredient into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  7. Heat until melted - 1 minute, 120ºC, speed Stir 1
  8. Then add the ingredient
  9. Cook until softened - 1 minute, 120ºC, speed Stir 1
  10. Return the potatoes to the appliance bowl
  11. Mix until mashed - 4 minutes, speed Min
  12. Then add the ingredients
  13. Mix until combined - 1 minute, speed Min
  14. While the machine is running, add eggs into the appliance bowl - 1 minute, speed Min
  15. Transfer the mash to a large bowl and chill in the fridge - 1 hour
  16. Line a plate with paper towel and set aside
  17. Clean the appliance bowl
  18. Add oil into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  19. Heat until hot - 5 minutes, 180ºC, speed Off
  20. Retrieve the chilled mash from the fridge
  21. Add 5 teaspoons of mash into the appliance bowl
  22. Cook until golden - 4 minutes, 180ºC, speed Off
  23. Use tongs to flip the fritters over
  24. Cook until golden - 4 minutes, 180ºC, speed Off
  25. Use tongs to remove the fritters and place on the lined plate
  26. Repeat with the rest of the potato mixture - 4 minutes, 180ºC, speed Off
  27. Serve
