These burgers have a special surprise in the centre, you can use your favourite cheese instead of brie.

Ingredients

- Chestnut mushrooms
- 250 g

- Fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs

Food mincer attachment

Large mixing bowl

Frying pan - large
Step preview
- Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
- Attach the Food Mincer attachment and fit the fine grating screen
- Place a large mixing bowl underneath the attachment
- Start the machine on speed 4
- Add chestnut mushrooms, garlic clove, green onion, canned chickpeas and cooked beets to the Food Mincer attachment
- Push content of Food Mincer attachment into large mixing bowl
- Remove the attachment from the machine
- Add curry powder, lemon and fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs to the large mixing bowl
- Mix until combined
- Form into balls
- Fill with brie
- Flatten
- Add oil to a clean frying pan
- Heat until hot - medium-high heat
- Carefully transfer one burger into the frying pan
- Fry each side until browned - medium-high heat
- Repeat the same with the remaining burgers
- Serve
