Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Attach the K-Beater
  4. Add butter and light brown sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl

  6. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 3
  7. Then add egg and vanilla extract to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 2
  9. Then add all purpose flour, baking soda and ground cinnamon to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 1
  11. Then add dark chocolate chips and pear to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Attach the Creaming Beater
  13. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 30 sec, Speed Min
  14. Roll into balls
  15. Place dough balls on baking tray
  16. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
  17. Remove from oven and let cool
  18. Serve
