Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add brown sugar, whole wheat flour, italian 00 flour, extra virgin olive oil, sweet wine, pine nuts, walnuts, sultanas, baking powder and vanilla sugar to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 40 sec, speed 4
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 8
  9. Shape into balls
  10. Transfer balls to baking tray
  11. Bake - 35 min, 160°C
  12. Remove from oven and let cool
  13. Serve
