Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Grease a clean bundt pan
  3. Attach the Creaming Beater
  4. Add butter and dark brown sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed Max
  7. Then add green apple and caramel to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed Max
  9. Then add egg and milk to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed Min
  11. Sift all purpose flour and baking powder into a clean medium bowl
  12. Transfer flour mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed Min
  14. Transfer batter to bundt pan
  15. Bake - 45 min, 180°C
  16. Remove from oven and let cool - 20 min
  17. Transfer cake to cooling rack then set aside
  18. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  19. Attach the Creaming Beater
  20. Add whipping cream and dark chocolate to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  21. Heat with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 60°C, Stir 4
  22. Let cool - 15 min
  23. Place cake on serving plate
  24. Drizzle cake with chocolate
  25. Decorate with hazelnuts and blanched hazelnut
  26. Serve
