A simple, quick vegan stew. If you have any leftover vegetables you can add them with the onions and finish with any herbs you might have.

  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  7. Then add canned chopped tomatoes and vegetable stock to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 98°C, Stir 2
  9. Then add green beans, mushrooms, spinach and canned cannellini beans to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 98°C, Stir 2
  11. Serve
