  8. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  9. Transfer vegetables to medium bowl then set aside
  10. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  11. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  12. Add vegetable oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 120°C, Speed OFF
  14. Then add chicken to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  16. Then add peanut butter, chicken stock, garlic clove, ginger, ground cumin, red chili and ground coriander to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Transfer vegetables to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  18. Cook with splashguard fitted - 25 min, 98°C, Stir 2
  19. Ladle stew into serving bowl
  20. Top with cilantro and peanuts
  21. Serve
