  1. Attach the Creaming Beater
  2. Add unsalted butter, light brown sugar, salt, vanilla extract, allspice, ground cinnamon, ground cloves and ground nutmeg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl

  4. Mix with splashguard fitted then scrape bowl - 30 sec, Speed 2
  5. Remove the Creaming Beater
  6. Add dark rum and water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Attach the Stir Tool
  8. Heat with splashguard fitted until well combined - 5 min, 98°C, Stir 1
  9. Divide mixture between 8 tumbler glass
  10. Top with cinnamon stick
  11. Serve
