Step preview

  1. Line a clean work surface with parchment paper
  2. Add creamed coconut, light brown sugar, fish sauce and Thai green curry paste to a clean small bowl
  3. Mix until well combined then set aside
  4. Place sweet potato, red bell pepper and chicken breast on the work surface
  5. Add the paste from the small bowl on top and fold to seal
  6. Add water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Add sealed parcel into the Steaming Basket
  8. Steam with splashguard fitted - 30 min, 104°C, Speed OFF
  9. Transfer content of Steaming basket to serving plate
  10. Garnish with cilantro and lime
  11. Serve
